Bookbag

The Bookbag feature allows you to temporarily save and view information about specific items from your list of search results. You can add information about items to your Bookbag during multiple searches.

 

When you add an item to your Bookbag, basic information will be saved – like the title, author/publisher, library, and the call number. You can print or e-mail this information to use as a reference later.

 

Note: If you do not log on, records that you add to your Bookbag will only be saved until you exit LINCCWeb. Once you close the browser window, all the records will be erased. To keep records in your Bookbag after you exit LINCCWeb, click Log In at the top of the screen and enter your Borrower ID and PIN.

Note: Only 50 records can be e-mailed or printed at the same time. No more than 200 records can be added to your Bookbag.

 

Adding Records to Your Bookbag

  1. In the list of search results, select the check box next to each item you want to save in the Bookbag. (To select all of the records on the page, click Select All check box.)

  2. Click Add to Bookbag.

E-mailing Records in Your Bookbag

  1. At any time after you've added records to your Bookbag, click Bookbag at the top of the screen and then click E-mail.

  2. Follow the directions on the screen to send the information.
